- Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation, Magna, UT. Worked with training personnel to develop a training program based on an occupational and task analysis for skilled workers at the Kennecott Power Plant. November 8 – December 4, 2002.
- Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation, Magna, UT. Developed field demonstration assessment instruments based on an occupational and task analysis process to evaluate the skill level of hot metal operators in the area of tapping at the Kennecott Smelter. October 22 – December 19, 2001.
- Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation, Magna, UT. Worked on the development of a plan to assess and train skilled maintenance workers based on an occupational and task analysis process for the Smelter at the Kennecott Copper Mine. September 25 – 29, 2001.
- Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation, Magna, UT. Developed performance assessment instruments through an occupational and task analysis process for various trades at the Concentrator Facility at the Kennecott Copper Mine. Senior Project Analyst: Traveled to Macedonia on an investigative fact-finding mission to plan and establish a Quick Start training component in a larger workforce development project. Meetings were held with project staff, supportive agencies, potential government partners, several companies, and trade union representatives, Skopje, Macedonia, May 20-27, 2000.
- Western States, Boise, ID. Senior Project Analyst: Development of a Quick Start Training Program for a Processing Plant Equipment Operator at the Piast Mine in Bierun, Poland, November 1-20, 1999.
- Western States, Boise, ID. Senior Project Analyst: Traveled to Poland on an investigative fact-finding mission to plan and establish a Quick Start training component in a larger workforce development project. Meetings were held to establish relationships with individuals from the Ministry of Labor & Social Policy, Solidarity Trade Union, various vocational and technical training institutions, and numerous companies as possible Quick Start Training pilot sites. Strategies for sustainability were an underlying focus throughout the initial visit, Katowice, Poland, September 17-25, 1999.
